TV/Cable: There are three smart TVs in the home. There is no cable tv, but most of your cable channels are available via streaming, and you can use your personal login for Netflix, Etc...

Home Layout and Sleeping Arrangements:
Floor 1 is the walkout lower level basement: Queen bedroom, roll away bed and a pull out couch in the rec room
Floor 2 is the main level: no beds or pull-out couches
Floor 3 is upstairs and has a trundle day bed that can either be two singles or set up as a king-size bed. And there is a comfy memory foam pull-out couch in the 3rd-floor family room. 
Floor 4 is the top floor queen bedroom.

Kitchen and House Amenities:
The home is fully stocked with all the linens, towels, and basics you will need, like soaps, shampoos, detergents, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary tools, dishes, flatware, cups, and bowls. 
There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen with Folgers Coffee and filters and a Keurig in the lower-level wet bar.
