The home is part of the Causeway on Gull Resort.  We have stocked the unit with plenty of bikes, balls, and racquets to keep the kids busy and all the kitchen tools and supplies to accommodate your whole group.  The resort has both indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs and a sauna at the outdoor pool house.  A short stroll down the wooded trail past your private fire pit, the indoor pool building and the Causeway Clubhouse have a selection of arcade games plus ping pong and foosball.

The home rental includes a dedicated boat slip on Gull Lake.  There is plenty of room for trailer parking so you can bring your own boat and have space to park the ice castle in the winter months.  If you prefer to rent a boat there are two options right on-site with YourBoatClub and LakeFunRentals plus several other local off site boat rental options.  You can get anything from a fishing boat or performance tri-toon to jet skis.  In any case, you will have your own slip at Causeway next to Zorbaz in the heart of the Gull Lake Chain for the duration of your stay at no added cost.

This home is our family cabin and we have gone the extra mile to be sure it is fully stocked with all the comforts of home.  The kitchen is loaded, just bring your ingredients and skills.  There are games and puzzles for evenings and rainy days to keep everyone entertained. Six Smart TVs waiting for you to enter in your login info so you can access all your favorite shows and rent/stream a family moving after the sun goes down.

We are set in the heart of the Brainerd Lakes area.

Booking Process:
 

Once you find your dates, simply book online to reserve your stay.  50% of the reservation fee is due at the time of your booking with the remainder due one month prior to your arrival.  Your payment is fully refundable up until one month before your stay.

One month before your stay, your credit card will automatically be charged for the balance owed to get you paid in full.  At that time, you will receive an online check-in form to complete via email; enter your info, and we will email you your check-in instructions with directions, your front door code, wi-fi info, etc.  That's it! When it's time for your trip, you won't be wasting valuable vacation time at a front desk waiting to check in.  Just hit the road and head straight to your unit.
